The Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club Estate is a premier, award-winning residential development with extensively landscaped streets, entry statements, parklands, pathways and Golf and Country Club facilities that meander through the Pacific Harbour Championship Golf Course.

The Golf Community Executive has been established to ensure the high standards of the estate are maintained for the life of the community, thereby helping to protect the values of our residents' properties. The Golf Community Social Committee has been formed to welcome new residents and assist with the promotion of events that enhance the lifestyle and strengthens the community spirit.

This website has been established to provide residents with important information regarding the community networking opportunities, matters which effect the amenity and enjoyment of your home, and as a platform for the community to develop its own information and communication channels to enhance everyone's lifestyle choice.

ABOUT THE GOLF COMMUNITY
The Pacific Harbour Golf Community Executive has been established to proactively manage landscaping, maintenance, built form, sustainability, security, graffiti, traffic, public safety and other issues impacting upon the current and future residents.

The Golf Community Committees have been structured to allow open channels of communication at all levels - between residents, resident's consultative committees, a professional manager and a management committee. It is a highly effective way of giving responsibility for quality control back to the residents of the Golf Community as well as contributing to a culture of community pride.

OUR AIMS
The Golf Community Executive Committee aims to:

  • Maintain the high standards of presentation of public areas.
  • Establish control of the estate appearance by the community, for the community.
  • Optimize Council service levels to the estate.
  • Maintain high levels of communication and cooperation between residents and local and state government departments.
  • Preserve and enhance the value of each resident's property.
  • Enhance and protect environmental values.
  • Enable decision making by residents for any ongoing improvements to public areas and/or facilities.
